Delivery was not done in 1 hr , It was almost delayed by more than 2 hrs. Also the delivery executive was reluctant to deliver at our door, and called by phone and asked us to come down to apartment society gate to collect the delivery ! and he came up only after much reluctance and after giving many excuses on why he cannot come up. Over bad delivery experience
